CERTIFIED PUBLIC MANAGER

The Certified Public Manager Program is offered by UTRGV Professional Education and Workforce Development in collaboration with the Department of Public Affairs and Security Studies (PASS). Tailored to elevate participants' abilities, the program focuses on tackling real-world challenges and situations. Each track is crafted from a practitioner's perspective, integrating knowledge-based skill sets applicable to your professional journey. The program employs a team-teaching approach, featuring a blend of academic and practitioner faculty to deliver comprehensive insights. The Texas Certified Public Manager Program (CPM) is a nationally accredited program by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium and is cooperatively offered through the William P. Hobby Center for Public Service of Texas State University.
